We believe in fair and transparent policies that protect both our customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
2. Refunds
Eligible for Refund
- Subscription cancelled within 14 days of purchase
- Technical issues preventing course access
- Duplicate payment charges
- Course content significantly different from description
Not Eligible
- More than 25% of course content completed
- Certificate already issued for the course
- Change of mind after 14 days
- Failure to meet course requirements
3. Refund Process Timeline
Refund request received and acknowledged

4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Subscription Cancellation
- Immediate cancellation of auto-renewal
- Access continues until end of paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time
Course Cancellation
- Cancel within 14 days for full refund
- Less than 25% course completion required
- Certificate issuance makes course non-refundable

How Normal Refunds Work
When we process a Normal refund request through Razorpay, the information is sent to banking partners and related stakeholders. Each entity has their own process for handling refund requests.

Refund Fees
Note: While Razorpay doesn't charge additional fees for normal refunds, the original transaction fee and GST are not reversed to the merchant's account.
